Unable to add the Fitbit Blaze.  Can't pick as one of device to add because it doesn't show as a device to add.

It's great to see you around @Flossey65. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your Blaze? If you do, could you please tell where are you trying to set it up, from a computer or a phone?

I have the same problem! Think I will try and return it for my money back!

I have the same issue. I've tried for a couple of days now to set up my Fitbit blaze using my phone. The Bluetooth doesn't pick it up at all. 

 

I have been advised that Fitbit are speaking to apple to try and sort it out. Unknown how long its going to take take.

mmmmm think I will return mine if that's the case, what a load of rubbish the fitbit blaze is.

Would anybody like to answer @AlejandraFitbit question, we will not be able to help until we know what type of phone and IS it has, or what type of computer. 

My thought is that the phone is a Windows phone that is not running Win10.
