I can not set up my new blaze.

I bought a fitbit blaze and I can not get it to set up. I downloaded the app and when I try to connect my blaze it keeps telling me to update to the latest version. I assume the one I just downloaded was the latest one. 

Please help I can not wait to get started

contact blaze surport staff and get a direct link, i couldnt find the right app on app store

I had just got mine today so I guess you checked your phone is compatible with the Blaze? It came with the update with the pairing so I would assume that was it. Suggestion uninstall the Blaze from the app. As you know from a computer turn off and reboot again and pair it again and see what happens. As if starting from scratch again

Is it asking to update the app, or the firmware on the tracker.

It's been a while for me, but i thought there was a button to press to continue. Have you cuecked out the setup process help
