I can't get GPS to show up

When setting up the device, I did not see a GPS screen as I saw in the You Tube video.  This is a fantastic feature and really want it to work.

Also, my text messages are not showing the name of the person texting or let me read the message.

Please disregard my post. I spoke to a wonderful FitBit customer service rep and he resolved everything. I'm so happy!!!
