I have just opened my new fitbit blaze, unable to even pair it with the device. Thought it's discharged so charged it through computer for more then an hour now yet couldn't turn it on. It's continuously blinking with the dimond dots. For a while, it even mentioned fitbit.com/setup. Please guide.

Let your Blaze sit in the cradle for about 10 minutes, then go back to the app on your phone WITH THE BLAZE STILL IN THE CRADLE! Hit that button to "Try Again" on the app (referring to continuing the setup once there is a charge). The setup will then continue while your Blaze is in the cradle. You will now see a status bar on the Blaze screen, below the Fitbit logo (the diamond made of dots). Your phone screen will also show a similar status bar below the logo, with a heading that says "Hang On..."

Some computers will stop charging the tracker when the computer goes to sleep. You could try your phones charger.
As for charging a new tracker. there will not be an indicator on the screen .The only way to tell is by the vibration and the screen tempararily lighting up when plugging the unit in. If the tracker vibrates again. the charging may have stopped.
I agree, when possibly I do the first setup while the tracker is charging.

Thanks man. It worked. But now have another issue to resolve. Now my FITBIT will only stay up while it is charging.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUJcgR__KdQ
