I dropped my blaze in water

Hi, so two days ago I dropped my Fitbit blaze into my dogs water bowl. I got it out as quickly as I could and dried it off. I put it in rice for a few hours but ever since then it keeps shutting down at random moments. Any suggestions to make it stop?

Hi @Heyitsabbyc  usually the device is placed into rice for about 48 hours, then all contact points cleaned and then it gets charged up and restarted. Not sure if there is moisture in there or if charging the device while it's still got water in it could have created the problem. Try putting it in rice a bit longer and following the directions above. Let us know if it works out for you.
