Did you mean:

I have a Blaze purchased in September last year that will no longer charge.

My ten month old Blaze will not charge. A close examination of the charging pins on the rear of the device show why. The pins are not solid, they are hollow and the tips have collapsed/developed holes. For a while fiddling with the way the device sat in the charger would allow a charge, but now that no longer works. This has been normally used, using the charger supplied. I note that a Google search shows other who have experienced this problem. I took it back to the store where it was purchased but they no longer stock Blaze (outdated) and cannot exchange it.They suggested I contact Fitbit. This is the THIRD faulty Fitbit I have owned. I have had to purchase a new Ionic in order to keep records, but I want this RESOLVED! Collapsed pinsCollapsed pins
