Hi, I purchased a brand new Blaze in November 2017. However, I didn't open the pack and setup up until last week.
The problem I face is:
The tracker turns on and gets Synced only when it is being charged in the charger. When I take it out, it does not turn on at all. I tried restarting my mobile device, keeping location on, restarting Bluetooth connectivity.
But Nothing worked.
And while it charges, I see that battery is Fully charged. The tracker and mobile phone app sync.
Please help.
I am very keen to get this working.

You try restarting the Blaze itself? Press in the right lower button at the same time as the left button. Hold it in until you see the Fitbit logo come onto the screen. This restarts the Blaze.
If it still doesn't work, get with customer support. Click for contact options.
