I have broken the frame that holds my blaze......where can I find a new one?

I caught the side of my blaze on a door and it nor only tore the band from the frame but it also broke the plastic from the side of the frame. 

 

Where can I get a replacement, my blaze is still working great and I don't need a new device just a frame and band.

The easiest place is on Amazon .I bought a frame for each of my bands.
