I just got blaze and it won't charge

I just got my blaze and WOW I am having problems already. It will not charge in the little charging pod that came with it and it will not sync to my phone to update the screen or my notification or silent alarm settings.

Anyone else having this problem?

it's charging but I am confused at how to change the screen. I went in on and the app and on the website dashboard to change it and it won't connect to actually change.

@mekamac A warm welcome to the Community! Please make sure that you're doing this procedure to charge your tracker. Are you getting any weird display in your Blaze that tells you, it's not charging?
If you haven't set up your tracker then you won't be able to set the alarms or change the screens, to make sure it's properly set, go to your online Dashboard > click on settings > if you see your tracker's picture then that means that it's already setup.

Please follow this to change the screen: Go to your online Dashboard > click on settings > Blaze > scroll down and you're going to see Clock Display > choose the one you want.

After you've done this then do a force sync.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Ok - I've tried that and my tracker still isn't charging. My tracker is less than a month old. My screen shows the low battery signal with the single red bar blinking. I left it connected overnight and it hasn't charged. Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the comunity @ebh17. Im not sure what the "That" is yhst you tried.

My thoughts would be to do a restart, and try a different power source. A phone, tablet, charger, or a different usb port.

Two days into having the Blaze and its not holding a battery charge for more than a few hours.  First night it was in its charging pod but didnt charge so i reset it following the instructions in Blaze101.  So second night after the reset i got the battery icon on the screen but only for a second.  So i reset it again, this time the big battery icon appeared for a good 20-30 seconds but the small battery icon disappeared after a minute.  This morning it appeared charged and ready to go, small battery icon was full and green.  That was at 7:00am EST.  It is now 10:00am EST and the battery icon is red and blinking, watch ready to die.  What do i need to do?  Should i return the device?

@chyeo082670 A warm welcome to the Community! Your Fitbit Blaze battery can last up to 5 days. So, it sounds like your battery isn't lasting as expected. In this case, I highly recommend to contact Customer Support  so they can check what options they have for you.

Hope this helps.

It's great to have you here @Cathyon1! Are you seeing the Fitbit.com/setup in your display? If you are then you need to follow the set up process in order to remove this message from your tracker.

In case, you're having trouble getting it to charge; make sure you're properly charging it and you can restart it

Hope this helps! Keep me posted!
