Help I'm left handed, can I put it on my left arm?

How to Change to the left arm? I can't find it in settings.

It's called dominant vs. Non-dominant
If your left hand is the arm you usually use then set it for dominant. Otherwise set it for non-dominant.

Hello @Nancymae welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂  As @Rich_Laue mentioned go to your tracker settings and change the settings according to your needs. For wrist-based trackers, its important to specify whether you wear the tracker on your dominant or non-dominant wrist:

 

  • The dominant wrist setting decreases the sensitivity of step counting and should reduce any over counting of steps when your body is not moving.
  • The non-dominant wrist setting increases the sensitivity of step counting and should reduce any under counting of steps. Non-dominant is the default.
