I must be getting better thanks to my Blaze

Got my Blaze last month in replacement of my worn out fitBit One.  I think I love it.

One thing I've noticed.... my resting heartbeat has been steadily dropping from the high 70's (when I first got it) to mid 60's (now).  I've been walking a lot more; 5-6 miles a day with the Blaze.

Does the dropping heart rate indicate I'm about to die or does it mean the heart is getting healthier as I walk 5-6 miles a day instead of 3-4 miles a day?....Am also trying to keep a lot of my walking in the cardio range for 15 - 20 minutes per walk (b-r-i-s-k!!)....

As a person gets more fit, they also get a heart that is more fit. The heart is able to pump more blood per beat and the resting rate will usually drop.

So yes, your not going to die soon.
