Every morning I must reset my fitbit for it to sync. Otherwise it says that it cannot find the tracker. I tried this after all othedr suggestions didn't work, it is the only way that my tracker can be found. The reset must occur while it is searching, which calls for using both hands at once. I just thought someone else with tthe sync problem may find this solution useful.
