Blaze shut completely down & I have not been able to restart it. Put it in charging cradle hoping that would turn it back on. That did not work. Is there a reset option available. I've had it not even 2 months yet & feeling lost without it right now. Hope there's a resolution to this sooner than later.

Hello @MzSunshine, your heading makes it sound toke you shut the blaze down, on purpose, through the settings menu.
The body of the message sounds as if the blaze shut down on its own.
In any case pressing any button, or placing it into its charger should turn it on.. You can try holding the left and lower right buttons for 15 seconds.
You might have to contact Fitbit and have them take a look.

To turn on the Blaze, press the bottom right button on the tracker gently and release.
There's no factory reset option on the Blaze.
