If you shut down, how do you turn back on?

Hello. I shut down my fitbit blaze and now it will not turn back on. I saw the post to restart it where it said to hold the left button and the bottom right for 10 secs to restart it but it's not working to turn back on. HELP PLEASE!

hold the left one only or charge it up for a while, then restart
