So this morning I did a 45 min high intensity workout. I looked at calories before the workout and after. According to my watch, within that time I burned around 400 calories however, when I synced my watch to the app, the workout said I only burned 100 calories! I also peaked my HR at 158bpm several times and that didn’t register either. Same thing happens with spin. A 300 calorie workout will sync as 85 kcal. What’s up with that?
