I have noticed the last 2 days my fitbit blaze has some kind of technical issue which means it is displaying my calorie intake above 5,300 when my usual average is 1,700 and I have actually been doing far less exercise than usual so it should be lower.
It seems that from Monday noon until today (Tuesday) noon there has been a maximum calorie burn surge, making it look like I was doing some intense exercise for 24 hours. It states that I had 658 active minutes on Monday and 764 active minutes today, when all I did yesterday was walk 10 mins to and from the train station and a few hundred steps around the office.
In addition, it has recorded a 5K run on Monday which I didn't do - I was sat at my desk the entire time. Then today, on a run which I DID manually input by pressing exercise > run > start (as usual), it has recorded an incorrect distance.
This is a real shame as I have been getting on well with my fitbit so far, and I have only had it for around 4 months. Can anyone help? I have tried turning on and off and syncing...
