Inaccurate step tracking

The Blaze is  horrible. It doesn't track my steps accurately.    The step tracking is erratic. I have reset my device as well as shut it down and restarted it and finally I have tapped it  so it could trigger movement. There have been times I've walked a half a mile and it did not track any of my steps. This is way too expensive for it not to be accurate. I am very dissatisfied.

It's great to see you around @Rmw05, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

If you are seeing that your tracker is not being accurate, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

After these steps, please walk 100 steps and let me know how many steps your tracker registered.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
