Hi there @ShazzaD. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
This is weird to be happening. Your Blaze should normally vibrate in a total of three sets to notify you of an incoming call. In this situation, I'd recommend restarting your tracker to see if this helps.
You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Try it out after this with a test call and see how it goes.
Let me know if you need more help!

Thanks for getting back @ShazzaD!
There's one more thing that you can try. For this, go to your phone's settings. Here, go to the bluetooth settings. Look for the connected devices and tap on the Blaze. Hit the "Forget this device" option and then go to the Fitbit app.
Once you're there, tap on the icon of the tracker at the top of the dashboard. Then, go to the Notifications section, enable call, text and calendar notifications if you wish and see how it works from there.

Hi There, the problem seems to be intermittent.
My phone was on silent, as I use the Blaze as my notification. I got a notification from Blaze that a call was coming in, so I picked up my phone to answer the call. However, when I did that the caller had already rang off, in otherwords, the Blaze notified me of the call after it had ended. This has happened before as well as the Blaze continuning to notify me whilst on the call.
This is very annoying. I have reset the Blaze as you suggested previously, it appears the firmware is uptodate, so please can someone explain why this is happening?

I'm sorry this keeps happening. I'm not sure why this would happen or what could be causing it but there's one more thing that you could try. This is setting up your tracker as a new device on your account.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and this will hopefully take care of the problems with the notifications not showing up on time.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi There,
I'm afraid even after all of your suggestions the problem still exists. The Blaze incoming call notification started after I had answered the call. There is a delay from when I get a call to when the Blaze is sending me the notification. As I mentioned previously, since having the Blaze I turn off my phone to silent, so I just get the vibration from the watch when a call, text message or email comes through. But becuase of this delayed response from the Blaze for incoming calls, I cannot afford to do that now, as I have already missed a few calls because of it when my phone is on silent.
Is there anything else I can try? If not, what happens now?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5, Android version 6.0.1. Not sure if anymore info on the phone is required. I did not have this problem when I just got the Blaze, I noticed it when I posted my first post about it and it has been doing it ever since.

Same issue with Ionic and up to date iPhone 8. Super annoying, continues to buzz with talking on the phone and eventually will stop when I touch the hang up icon, but then I get a frozen ring screen instead of the watch face

I too have experienced this. One could summerize the problem with way too slow notification, and as it is a call, speed is crucial. Unfortunately I don´t have a fix. It´s like somebody said, intermittent. The next day it works. One gets really tired uninstalleing, reinstalling, standing one hands, barking like a dog and just plain hope it works the next time.

This is a big annoyance for me as well. I've tried avarything suggested as well and it never fixes the problem. I have a Blaze and a LG V30+ .. It's super annoying because it buzzes longer than 3 times and always continues even after I've accepted, rejected, or even answered then hung up. It's super unfortunate because I used to LOVE my Blaze for notifying me of phone calls since I misplace my phone a ton or often don't hear or feel it buzzing until my Blaze came into the picture, but now it's just a nuisance.

I am also having this same issue with my Fitbit blaze on iPhone 7 IOS 13.1. Was the cause for this ever found?
