Incoming call notification continues after the call is answered or ended

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but when I have a call coming in, blaze keeps notifying even after I have answered the call or the caller has rung off. This happened recently, where my phone was on silent. I got a notification from Blaze that I had an incoming call, so I picked up my phone to answer, but the caller had already rung off and the blaze was still notifying me. This has happened a few times now, which is pretty annoying. Is this something FitBit are aware of? and why does it happen?

I think it is time to invest in a new SmartWatch. I am used to the notifications and it is annoying not having it.  Fitbit better resolve this otherwise that will be the end of the company with so many competitors in the market place.

The same thing has been happening to me on my iPhone XR (3 months old)). I started noticing it at the same time when the battery on my Blaze started to drain much quicker (it only last 24 hours now).

My watch is showing incoming call whenever I dialing out. My watch keeps vibrating after I answer calls. Please advise.

Same here. Keeps buzzing after answer the call.

 

Also  buzzes once any time I make a call. 

All started after update to iOS 13.2.

 

Fit bit 3.11 (908)

iOS 13.2.3

Goodbye FitBit. I was really very satisfied until this little event.  Ordered Garmin today.

Well... after 3 full months of no solution, I am now an Apple Watch user. It was a good run Fitbit, but these last few months really were disappointing after such a great 5 years.

Exactly what I received for Christmas. I was disappointed that they haven’t fixed the issue, but Apple Watch in use now.

I’ve tried all of the suggestions by FerdinandFitbit and nothing has worked. I’m also having problem with receiving text notifications even though I have it turned on. Both of these issues started occurring two days ago for me and it sucks to see that there are no solutions to this yet. 

I did just update my iPhone to its most current version and then these problems started. I regret it now 😞

Yes Same here. For me it started years ago when I updated my iphone software. 

Yesterday I phoned fitbit and they acted like this had never been an issue. They said that my blaze was out of warranty and offered me 25% off a new product. NO CHANCE !!! I'll be getting an Apple Watch.

Its disgraceful.

Both my wife and I have the same problems as everybody else. Both use a Blaze with iOS on an iPhone 8 and and 11. Fitbit doesn't give a crap about this so we got a couple of Apple watches instead. Sad how servove has deteriorated to a point where more and more people get off the wagon. Class 1A how to loose customer confidence.
