Inaccurate active minutes on my Blaze

I've noticed that lately my Blaze seems to be inaccurate in recording active minutes. I usually get to 22,000 steps and between 9.5 and 10 miles daily. Last month my average daily active minutes were around 220 to 240. This month I noticed that it has been under 120 daily minutes. But my miles and steps are still the same. How can that be?

Hey there @mcraig53, welcome to the Community!

 

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After these steps, test your tracker.
