When I go on bike rides, the Blaze is very inconsistent in how it measures heart rate. I went on a 36 mile ride this past Sunday. While my heart rate appears to have gone up to the 120-140 bpm rate for the first 15-20 minutes of my ride, after that it appears to go back to resting rate (60-70 bpm), despite the fact that I very much was not resting! The rest is that despite biking 36 miles in 2.5 hours, it says that I only burned 400 calories, which isn't much more than if I would have been resting all of the time. What's up with that?!?!

Hey there @Zgarrick! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze seems not to be picking up your correct heart rate when doing bike rides 😕
I can probably suggest a couple of things. The first one is to give your Blaze a restart to make sure that it will be picking up the correct heart rate. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, also, I would recommend wearing your band a little tighter when you're exercising. When you're on your bike ride in this situation. If your arms are moving while you exercise and your tracker is loose, it will have a hard time picking up the correct heart rate signal and therefore, failing to correctly read it. Something that would come helpful would be not tightening it a lot but wearing it as you would normally do and to put a sweat band on it to keep it in place and see if this makes any difference.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, I'm always around!
