Is it me or my fit bit blaze

hi just today I noticed my heart rate jumping to 180 for a few seconds for no apparent reason is my fit bit faulty or is it a problem with my heart rate thanks for any suggestions

Hi @Steakknife. This is concerning. I suggest you make a note of it - time, rate, duration, how you feel - then if it happens again, call your doctor. I’ve not heard of a Fitbit flaw that does this.
