Hi, I got a Blaze a couple of days ago and have been having problems with the screen. First started from the moment that I unboxed it, I put it on for its first charge and the screen became a set of horizontal, multicoloured lines and the device became totally unresponsive. Tried a hard restart but that didn't help, the screen flickers between the lines, and on and off. The Blaze also can't sync when the screen is like that so I can't try anything else
Left it for a night and the next morning everything was working okay - that is until I had to recharge it last night. When I put it into the charging case exactly the same thing happened. So again, I left it for the night and when I woke the screen was back with a message telling me to change the clock-face. I changed the clock-face, after which the Blaze went into a restart loop for a couple of hours. It now seems to be working okay.
Can someone advise? Here's a picture of the lines:

@theiabesI would try 3 restarts since http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/ this is a soft restart.
I suggest doing three since it doesn't sound like you can access the settings menu - Shutdown on the Blaze which is the only way to do a hard reset.
If this doesn't fox it, then I would contact.fitbit.com the link is also on the top right of under help in the app.
Another possible solution would be to return or for an exchange.
