Is the Blaze getting Reminder to move alerts.

Just moved from at Alta which had it. It was great but now i see the blaze doesnt have it.

It needs it and it needs it soon.. nothing better than a full green screen at the end of the day

In addition to the 'reminder to move' for my Blaze on Android.... I'd like to see/view (read) my text messages - not just see that a text has been received! As well as being able to answer in comming calls!!!

With these 3 issues implemented, I'm Blaze would be awesome. Can you address these topics?? Thank you in advance.

@Hazelmommy you should be able see and read the text messages now. Check the settings in your messaging app.. Some apps have a setting to show body in notifacation. 

How does the notifacations show up on the phones lock screen? 

Also if your using the defaults Android Messaging, if there are two or more unread messages the body of the text will not be displayed. This is by design in the texting app.

I am using the original Samsung text messaging app. I have checked the settings, but I don't see anything regarding 'notification'. When on the lock screen: it simply reads "new message" with the time that the message was received. Ugh!

That's what i thought @Hazelmommy, try Google messaging or one of the others. The default app is the cause.

So, I have the Blaze have have been patiently waiting for the update. I got an update over the weekend but it did not have the Reminder To Move. I just don't get it so I created my own hourly reminders, even though you can only do 8.

Yes, on my phone I went under the fitbit app to account, blaze, silent alarms and I just set up the maximum of eight notifications.

I really like that the update I got yesterday was to get the Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages instead of the new shiny watch faces, notification options, and oh, the reminder to move alerts. Really.

I'm not honestly going to go stomping off into the sunset, throwing my Blaze away, but seriously, this has been poorly handled.

I find the reminder to move with its two very short pulses and totally only. 5 seconds not enjoy b for me to notice unless I'm resting. In which case I don't plan on moving.

I still don't have the reminder to move. Now it's been a week and half since they released update. I had an IOS update but no firmware. Unreal

Hello @SunsetRunner have you been watching the main thread? As you are aware it was released and immediately problems were being reported, so the update was pulled. 

Earlier this week it was released and I now see that yesterday they released v.7 instead of the v.4 the some received yesterday morning. 

In any case it is being rolled out in a way that will not crash the servers.

Yeah it was running sporadic on my blaze and then today not a single notification. Pulled is my guess. 😡
