Is the ZTE x grand max 2 compatible?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently bought the new ZTE x grand max2 phone and cannot get my blaze to sync or get notifications. If and when I do finally get it to sync it lasts for just that moment and that's it.  It does eventually work for a few days and then it goes right back to not syncing. I've reset my Bluetooth and my tracker and have uninstalled both app and tracker and it eventually reverts back to the whole syncing issue.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

A warm welcome to the Community @Joea93, thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.

ZTE X Grand Max 2, is not a compatible mobile device and that's the reason why you are having problems connecting it with your tracker. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible device.

I'm having the same issue with my blaze and new zte. My app and my blaze communicate, but I cannot receive notifications. Surely this can be fixed?? I don't want to stop using my blaze!

It's great to have you here @Chandabobanda! In order to receive notifications in your tracker, your phone needs to be listed as compatible here.

If your phone is listed, then confirm you're following this set up procedure to get the notifications working.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Have you tried the normal tips?

Restart phone

Restart traker

Check Fitbit App permissions

Check the permissions in your phones Sounds and notifacations setting?

If none of this works, you might have to wait for Fitbit to test and troublesoot your model, yes surely it can fixed, but maybe not by you.
