Do you mean swap a Blaze for a different fitbit model such as the Ionic? If so then I'm afraid the answer is no - fitbit do not currently offer an exchange program.

ok. The features of your Blaze are partly determined by the software running on it. This is known as firmware and from time to time fitbit release new versions (but not very often). When a new version is available it notifies you in the app.

If at the moment of syncing your tracker, you see on your Dashboard a message that your tracker's firmware needs to be updated, you just need to tap on that message to update your Blaze. You can also take a look at this post to have step by step instructions to do it.
