Issue with Blaze watch face

Hi,

I am wondering is anyone can help. I am having issues with my Blaze that I can't find a resolution to, for the past 2 or so months the watch faces are not displaying correctly (nothing unusual happened at the time it started). The 'Pop' and Flare watch face displays as if it they are too large for the screen, the flares circle doesn't display completely within the watch face and the pop time digits are 'cut' off at the bottom of the screen and the 'Zone' display no longer has any colour and onlyba black background with white text. These all worked perfectly before. I have tried resetting the device, disconnecting from the app and unpairing yet nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any advice ?

Hello @ALEXIS81 have you tried a shutdown, found in the settings menu?

I would also do an add tracker as a replacement unit.

If the heart rate is set to "off" under settings, then the Zone watchface will have a black background.

The Pop watchface has numbers cut off at the bottom, by "design" (I would fire whoever designed that one)

Enable the heart rate, your zone face should work OK

Ps: swipe left on your Blaze screen until you get to "settings". Then enable heart rate, it is the second from the top. Be sure it is set to "auto" or "on".

Thanks, I have done this and the orange zone clock face now shows a faded dark blue. Any thoughts ?

Have you tried a restart yet?
Hold both the select and back button for 15 seconds.
