Issues with certain notifications

Hi 

 

I'm sorry if this has been posted before , I have searched and can't find anything quiet matching. I have my new blaze and can get calls and text notifications fine but cannot get any others. They don't appear on the notification list on the app and I have checked the settings on my phone and they are all marked to be allowed without restrictions. 

 

Any ideas ?

It's great to welcome you @Alih79. Which kind of notifications would you like to have? Please confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Tap App Notifications
  4. Select the app you prefer
  5. Sync

 

Also, check if your phone is listed in our list of compatible mobile devices.
