It says that my battery's empty

Hi hope that some can i have been charging my Fitbit Blaze pebble for 6.5 hours but on my Fitbit app it's saying that the battery is empty .I was wondering if it can still  be charge even when it's  empty or do I have to buy another Fitbit Blaze pebble

The information on the app may be out of date as it only shows the battery level as it was when it last synced.

 

If you open the charging cradle and close it again it should show a battery level on the Blaze and, after 6 hours, it should be full.

 

If it's not, or the battery status doesn't show, then it may not be charging and I would try a different USB power source such as a wall charger used for your phone.

The cradle I have opened and close more then once I will try another plug when I get home from work
