It says the battery is dead

My fit bit won't sync.  It keeps saying that the battery is dead but it is fully charged.  It is tracking everything, but will not sync.  HELP!

Huh, that's pretty strange @shanilou.

 

Have you tried to restart your tracker before? If not, you can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, you can try to get it to sync again and see how it goes.
