My last Blaze update took less than 5 minutes.

Why did yours take longer.

What device where you updating through?

How full was the memory?

Where you str3aming music or video?

How reliable was the internet?

Using wifi or cellular data? Android phones Bluetooth and WiFi share the same antenna,  which can slow things down.

Normally if not much hapoens killing the app and restarting is a good idea.

It took mine hours to update but it finally happened. Now the problem I have is that the only thing I can see on my screen is the logo and fitbit.com/setup

Any idea on what can be done?
