I hv read the many reviews about the blaze not keeping a charge.. well I hv same issue, use to keep charge apprx 3-5 days now I'm lucky if keep charge 8 hrs while I am at work. Seems the comments from "customer spport" just give you the run around...and yes I hv done all steps like other frustrated customers and to no avail...after this Fitbit you will never get me to buy another one of your products and I will post and tell to the roof top how Fitbit will not solve this issue when they know they can because you are so greedy and want customer to spend another $200-$300 every yr or 1.5 yrs. Well not gonna happen...you should be ashamed of not helping customers who keep you in business..So disgusted with Fitbit, I thought you were a reputable company...how wrong I was.

May I ask how you are charging it?
