My blaze led are flashing but not picking up heart rate have reset and changed wrist but nothing 

any body experience this ?

I have the same problem for past 4 days.  I have tried re-starting multiple times (holding back and lower RH button for 10 seconds) and also tried shutdown (in Settings menu).  Nothing is working.  My LEDs are flashing constantly but no heart rate is being measured.
