LG G5 connect to fitbit blaze not working

I bought my husband the Blaze fitbit but it won't connect to the LG G5 that he has. It's not even found on the list. How has everyone else with this phone hooked up their Blaze to it?

I'm sorry your husband is not being able to setup his Blaze to his LG G5 😕

At the moment, this phone is not in the list of compatible devices, which means that he will not be able to sync his Blaze with it. I can recommend that if he has a compatible tablet for example or any other compatible device or a computer, he can sync through any of them.

It seems that it works for some users and not for others but for that reason, since the compatibility hasn't been fully achieved, it's still not listed there.

@Gratts i have an LG G5, my tracker syncs to my phone but i cant receive notifications. Seems like a waste of money for a lovely gift as it cant be used to it full potential.

Yes, this is why we have decided to return it and get a new battery for his truck instead, lol. With all this extreme cold weather, a battery seems more useful at this time. Thanks for letting me know of your situation.
