Any body having trouble getting the exercise program finding there phone? I have to un-pair my Blaze and restart the watch for it to see my phone, only to have to do it again the next time I want to use it! Very frustrating!

Could you please be more specific about the exercise program? Do you mean the tile? If you can't see the tile, I recommend doing the following:
Now if the inconvenience is with the GPS, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
