Having wasted an hour of my time reading through posts of problems with the Blaze, it is clear all customers are being lied to by the company whose only goal is to take the MONEY.

Your title seems to be something about fitbits customer service. However your say your reading through post, I assume these posts are on the community board, but I'm not sure which type of posts being referred to.i haven't seen many complaints about CS, but do see compliments
This is where Fitbit users who are having problems post their fitbit problems, asking for help from their fellow Fitbit user.
In general a help board is where people who need first search, and usually will find their answer, but it seems Fitbit users do not like to search but simply ask again.
Fitbit users who are not having problems generally will not be posting messages asking for help, therefore yes on a help board there will be many requests for help. It simply is the nature of a help board .
BTW there are many posts complimenting how well the official Fitbit help service has helped them.
