Larger band sizes needed for Blaze

This is to the point that customers could likely seek out a competitors product offering. I have called, and I realize that call centers are somewhat limited and appreciate that they tell me they are escalating this issue.

I have read numerous posts of people like me who for one reason or another have large wrists.

Some of us are ex-military, spent a lot of time pushing up "real estate" ^5

Some are ex-sports aficionados, whether professional or amateur. Many of us have worked on strengthening our wrist strength for one reason or another. Some may need to lose weight. None of these are major surprises to those on these boards, but for some reason this seems to be baffling to your engineers, designers, supply chain, and dare I say bottom line?

Personally, the 9.3 inch template for the Blaze falls short by about an inch on me. Why not cater to all of the subsets of people who want to get/stay/maintain a healthy lifestyle? I am a professional in the Logistics sector, and this is really amazing to be honest. Providing solutions to what your customers are voluntarily telling you would be a major win for you financially. It is just good business as well. Fitbit, you are losing out on customers. Customer acquisition is everything in todays competitive marketplace, expensive, and your answers are right here in front of you for free!

There are other opportunities that I have come up with that do not seem to be addressed as well.

I have identified at least one other solution that is a major revenue generator for your company. A slam dunk that will lower your overall total cost of operations. I am available for consultation, project management or hire. I am being completely serious. Perhaps you need assistance. I can help.

Hello @LogisticsGuy, this is a community of Fitbit users tyat donate time to help each other out. As a fellow fitbit user if your looking for a larger band then what fitbit offers, I suggest looking at Amazon, there are several companies that have filled tyis slack.

Please be aware that seeking a response from Fitbit while posting in a community of fitbit users might not get the desired response your looking for.. You would be better to ask somebody in the proper department.

I really appreciate the feedback regarding the Blaze wristband. I know that having larger bands will be really helpful. I recommend taking a look at the Stretchable wrist band for Blaze request, vote for it and leave your comment.
