Can some one explain why the leather band for blaze is 100 dollars when the blaze is 200. Explain that logic

I agree, bought the camel leather band yesterday, it is cheap looking, for that kind of money I expected more, will be returning it today!

Interesting, I will get mine tomorrow. Best Buy shipped the Blaze itself via UPS and I got it in 2 days, but they shipped my Camel Leather band via UPS Mail innovations which is taking considerably longer to get to me.  For $100 I would expect better quality.

Anyone have the stainless steel that can comment of the quality and look?

My thoughts would also be on the quality of the stainless steel.

Huh, do you have the stainless and like it?  Or are you saying you are curious about what others thing of their stainless?  Thanks

The band does also include the frame for leather and stainless, so $100 does not seem that bad.

The leather band looks like plastic, have seen leather bands for iwatch three times cheaper and they look much nicer, just my opinion

So my camel leather is on now, and I don't think it looks cheap, or plastic.  I think the super smooth finish look and feel is a little differentm, and I am not sure $99 is a fair price, maybe $79 or $69........but I am very pleased.  Compared to what the ChargeHR looked like on my wrist for 15 months this is a massive massive steap in the right direction.

I got black as I work in an office and thought it would go with everything. The straps swing like a hinge where they don't on the straps it comes with. It is noticeable for me as I have small wrists so it hugs my wrist more. I think it makes the face of the blaze appear bigger since the strap can angle down instead of curving out before it angles down on the original strap. I'm not sure about the material. It is different than what I was expecting, very smooth feel, different than what I think of leather. Haven't decided what I really think yet. It is nice to have something to switch into after a workout so I can let my sweaty band breathe as I am loving my blaze which arrived on Wednesday and wouldn't want to have to take it off, lol.

Does the leather band have a stainless steel frame or is it plastic?

The leather band sold by fitbit comes with the same stainless frame that the original comes in.....so just pop out the sensor and back in.....exact same frame, which is a bonus.

there are lots of color and size options of leather bands on Amazon.  search Blaze accessories. you can also purchase just the frame separately. I paid $17.00 for a leather band (double stitched), it should be here tomorrow.
