Left button not working on blaze, tried the cleaning tips but no luck. Has anyone got a fix for this
Unit is only 18 mths old

Hi @davew61, welcome to the Community Forums! I'm sorry for the delay in my reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried. Just to confirm, do you feel the button stuck when trying to press on it? If not, please try restarting it by holding the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds. You should see the Fitbit logo displayed.

Hi,
I have the same problem since a couple of days. The left button doesn't work, but it feels like it should. It's not stuck or anything. I've tried cleaning it too. Resetting it doesn't work since the left button doesn't work. I've turned the device off,a charged it and connected it to a laptop but nothing works. Please help 🥺

My left button quit working too. Also I can't seem to sync it with my phone/iPad. I'm stuck on the stats page and can only wake it up with a double tap. I can't seem to shut it off.

Omg, never mind the last post. I had to hold the two buttons for a lot longer and it worked. Buttons work and it synced. It cleared my watch of today's steps and killed the battery (it was on charger last night) but all is working now.

Hi John-Boy, due to mine is still under warranty, I am receiving a replacement.
But no fix was found

Hi all,
I’m having the same problem - left button clicking as though it should work but nothing happening, cleaned and tried to reset but no luck with lack of left button.
