Hi, I was wondering if someone from Fitbit could help me out here.
I have had my Blaze for less than a month (still have receipt) and the battery life seems to only last for 3-4 hours from a full charge - substantially less than the advertised 5 days.
I have already tried all the suggestions from the other posts (turn off notifications / all day sync etc).

If it is less than a month, I would return it for a refund. Where did you buy it? The Blaze has been out of production for a while now. Perhaps this was sitting on a shelf somewhere with a completely discharged battery, which can permanently damage it.

I did see an official response from another post that they are no longer selling Blaze but that may just be in the US? The Blaze is still available to buy in the UK.
I purchased mine from London from a retailer called Argos. The problem with regards to getting a refund is that I have relocated (permanently) to Switzerland 3 weeks ago which makes getting a refund a bit tricky.
