Sometimes phones not on the compatible list will still work with the Fitbit.

If you can't get your phone to sync, is it possible to use a tablet or computer?

@Mmscott  there are times when a phone simply doesn't work with the Fitbit, which could be what's going on with you.

If you have a compatible tablet or computer, you could update that way.
