I've had mine since about 2015.  Still working.

@DaveStrickland  mine lasted two years, but people vary in how long their devices last.

GOOD LUCK and BUYERS BEWARE......  I just got off the horn with "customer service" . I have a product that stopped working after updating the firmware and it basically "bricked" the unit that was a gift from a recently passed relative. They simply said "sorry it was defective and replaced once"   Evidently it was a refurb that was gifted to me and I am OUT.

So I will have to look for a new solution to fix this but am REALLY reluctant to purchase any product from these people if this is the way they stand behind there products. I wasnt even offered a thing. Simply a "Sorry about your luck Mr..."

For me, almost 4 years. My Blaze just stopped recharging, so I guess I'm out of the tracker game.

So far I've never gotten any kind of answer from Fitbit on this question.

My first device was a Flex that lasted a little over 2 1/2 years.  I charged it when it needed charging but would sometimes leave it on the charger overnight and was told that would shorten the life.

Replaced it with a Blaze and was as conscientious as possible about never leaving it on the charger longer than it took to get a full charge. That seemed to get me an extra year  - it lasted 3 1/2 years.  The extra year aside, the death spiral was almost identical.  Sudden but small drop in how long it would go between charges that lasted for months followed by quick drops (think half-life) over successive charges until it just stopped working.  Said another way, I got a reliable standard life (8 days on the Flex and 5 days on the Blaze) that dropped by a day (7 days Flex and 4 days Blaze) and lasted for months that way.  Then over a period of 3 charges it went from 4 days to 2 days to 1 day then dead.

Yep. That's exactly how mine went, too.
