Lifecycle of Blaze

Hello,

my Blaze I think is at it’s last moments of over 3 year lifespan. Screen is off, still working, restarting works but just vibrating and background light comes on but not the logo. The watch eve syncs with it being on the table for 3 days shows I am somehow walking. Sent video to the support team but not sure what they can help with.

What are your experiences with Fitbit watches? When is it time to replace and what is normal lifespan? Long gone are the days when we had the same watch for a decade or more.

I lot of thing come into play. Mainly how its was charged.

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Mine is coming close to 3 1/2 years.

Thanks Wendy,

I learned about the charging a while back. And still see fast drainage when I am in a rush and have to charge via outlet.

But the issue here is the screen. Doesn't even turn on when charging, so could it be the battery really?

I am at 3 years and 2 months, so not as bad I guess with me charging the first year or two incorrectly
