Green lights working but no rate is showing.. example 45 min work out only 245 calories burned. I was jumping rope and

Hi there @bigjean. Great to see you in the Community  Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry that your tracker is not showing your heart rate even though the lights are flashing.

 

I can recommend restarting your tracker a couple of times. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, put your tracker on and see if it shows your heart rate.

 

Something else you can try is going to the last screen on your Blaze for the settings, tap on it, scroll down to Heart Rate and change it to Off and then back to On or Auto and see if this makes any difference.

I am having the same issue with my blaze and have tried all of the restart, cleaning, and other options listed on here.

I am having the same issues. Green lights are working but no heart rate being detected. Restarting, Cleaningnd turning heart rate on and off has not helped. It is very annoying as my sleep is not being tracked accurately also.
