My Fitbit Blaze was accepting messages today and then suddenly stopped? Is there a certain amount of messages it will accept? In other words does it become full? I have 17.

Regarding your inquiry, your Blaze will store the amount of 30 notifications. Did you check your phone while receiving them? If you did, that's why you stopped receiving notifications. It will let you know that you have a new notification when your phone isn't on.
Now if you stopped receiving notifications at all, you can follow the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
