Hi, So I bought my mother in law a fitbit blaze for christmas. She's used it honestly less than a week and yesterday I noticed at the top of her home screen was a colorful line.. (it was clearly a glitch..not meant to be there.) I tried to reset the fitbit blaze by shutting it down then turning it back on. I also turned off her phone and back on. I cant imagine it has anything to do with bluetooth so I didn't bother turning off the bluetooth and reconnecting the phone to the watch.
Does anyone have a solution for this? Do we need to call fitbit and register the warranty & then report the problem? I have a fitbit but its the surge and I havent had problems with it yet so i've not really been around the block, you see.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
