Linking my blaze to my phone

It won't let me link my phone to the replacement blaze pebble that was sent to me

Thank you for the information regarding the problem you're having to link or setup your phone to your replacement Blaze pebble.  

 

Could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
