My Fitbit Blaze has locked up. The screen is split horizontally into
Red and Black stripes. Each stripe has a pixilated version of the Fitbit logo in it.
I can not clear or change the screen. I have tried the hard reset procedure, holding left and back right buttons for 10-20 seconds. I have also tried the same procedure using left and front right buttons. I have even tried all 3. no progress. The blaze seems to charge normally. When charged the locked screen is as above. when the battery is low the pixilated fitbit logo changes into 3 large battery symbols. My dashboard always shows the battery empty and i can't sync with my blaze.

 

Help!

Hello @DunnyD the soft reset procedure is the Back (left) and select (lower right) buttons.  These both must be held for at least 12 seconds.

Thanks, ill give it a go. I think i might have tried it amongst the combinations already. i'll check.
