Hi
So I've just started using my Blaze which has been sat in a drawer for 2 years. Yesterday I did a walk, great it logged automatically, but I did a tabata HIIT workout yesterday afternoon for 30 mins.
Can someone please tell me if I need to manually record this activity as I can see from my heart rate that my total exhaustion was recorded successfully and calories appeared together with Peak, Cardio and Fatburn zones. I don't want to double account.
Thanks in advance.

I would use the Start/Stop Exercise function using workout mode
Then you can set up a custom exercise on your Dashboard and rename it once it syncs

I agree. I do think a brand promoting fitness and health does not have a HIIT function on its watch already is poor. I’m almost 100% certain that HIIT is one of the top 3 exercises.
