After charging my Blaze overnight, the Fitbit logo is frozen on the face. I cannot get it to change nor can I restart it. Also, when trying to sync it with my phone, my phone tells me the tracker is not found. I have checked and the bluetooth is on.

Mine had same issue where it froze. Read everything on here and contacted customer “support.” They had me do the same things to no avail. All they could offer is 25% off a new one, no thanks. Maybe $25 for a new one. I’ll try Another company’s recently launched watch.

When you say that your tracker has the Fitbit icon, does it also have a message if hrrp://www.fitbit.com/setup
If so then you would want to do an add device and set it up as if it was new to you.

Press the three button same time. It worked for me.

Holding in the three buttons is simply the two button reset with the third button being held down.
How do I restart my Fitbit device?

This is areal non-sense. Getting the device shipped will cost me 30$-50$ and then they will have me pay for shipment of a replacement? That won't work this way, sorry. No more Fitbit for me, and I won't recommend that device to anyone. This is a real non-sense. I know people make mistakes, I know devices are flawed, but there should be ways to fix them, e.g., procedures to reset firmware, ways to access logs about what is going on, etc. No, there is nothing, just a frozen screen or bootloop.
